The town

Center Street and the new houses are different searches.

Kyle sits on I-35 in Hays County, between Austin and San Marcos. Downtown is Center Street. A lot of the rooftops are newer, Plum Creek and the sections off the highway, and those households do not search the way a downtown storefront does. They type the city, or the neighborhood, and call the company that bothered to name it.

A page that says "greater Austin" does not answer that search. Kyle has its own name, and the businesses that rank for it will be the ones that use the name in the title, the heading, and the Google profile. Lumping it into Austin is how a Kyle company disappears under companies that do not drive down here.

A page that can take the call

What to put on a Kyle site, hire us or not.

You can do most of this yourself. It is the same list we build from.

01

Name the town, then the streets you actually cover

City in the title and the first heading. Neighborhoods you really serve, written as sentences. A dump of every Hays County ZIP reads like a directory and helps no one.

02

Address, or service area. Pick the true one.

If people walk into a shop on Center Street, the address belongs on the page. If the truck goes to them, publish the service area and skip the home address. We run that way ourselves: north Austin, no street address on the site. A home address added to look more local is how listings get into trouble.

03

The number, where a thumb can hit it

Header, and again next to each service. A lot of these visits happen on a phone, in a car, on the frontage road. If the number is in the footer only, you lost the call.

04

Real photos, and a page that loads

Three photos of your work beat a template with a stock handshake. If the page takes a few seconds on a phone, they are already on the next result. Speed is part of the design, not a coat of paint at the end.

The numbers

Same prices as the rest of the site.

Website build

$750

One time. Custom, live in about a week, yours outright. The long version is on website design.

Site Care

$100/mo

Hosting, security, backups, and edits when you need them.

Growth

$600/mo

Site Care plus the Google profile, citations, content, reviews, and a report you can read in two minutes.

Local Foundation, the one-time profile and listings cleanup, is $750. All three setup pieces together (the site, the foundation, and agent wiring) are $1,700. Paying the year up front takes 30% off the monthly plans. Setup is not discounted. The full sheet is on pricing, and the index of every service is on services.

Proof

We do not have a Kyle client to point at.

The nearest receipt is San Marcos. Studio 27, a tattoo and piercing shop there, sits at the top of the local map pack for piercing. The site and the phone run in English and Spanish. That is a short drive south of Kyle, and it is not a Kyle business. We will not pretend it is.

The other sites we will show you are on the work page: Zilker AV in Austin, Bellah Audio in Round Rock, and For the People Tattoo. You can open them and run the speed tests yourself. Austin local SEO is home base. Web design in Buda, TX is the next town north: Main Street, and South Austin in the same search. That is a different problem than new houses in Kyle.

Straight answers

Fair questions.

How much is web design in Kyle, TX?

$750 one time, custom, live in about a week, and you own it. Site Care after that is $100 a month if you want the hosting and the edits handled. Local Foundation, the Google profile and listings cleanup, is $750 once.

Should a Kyle business publish a home address?

Publish it if customers walk in. If they do not, use a service-area profile and leave the house off the site and off the listing. We are based in north Austin and we do not publish a street address. Adding a home address only to look more local is a good way to get the listing pulled.

How long before a new Kyle site shows up in search?

The site can be live in about a week. Rankings move in three to six months. Anyone promising page one in 30 days is guessing.

Do you have an office in Kyle?
