Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website at bizinabox.one or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Services

Business in a Box LLC provides website development, AI voice agents, chat widgets, SEO/GEO optimization, business automations, and advertising management for small businesses. Services are provided on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contracts unless otherwise agreed in writing.

SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By opting in to receive text messages from Business in a Box, you agree to the following:

Program Name: Business in a Box Client Notifications
Message Types: Appointment reminders, service follow-ups, lead notifications, and account-related communications
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your account activity and service needs
Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan
Opt-Out: You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation and no further texts will be sent.

Consent: Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Business in a Box
Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Payment Terms

Setup fees are due before work begins. Monthly service fees are billed on a recurring basis. All payments are processed through Stripe. You may cancel monthly services at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Ownership

You own every file, login, account, and asset we create for your business. If you cancel services, you retain full ownership of all work product.

Limitation of Liability

Business in a Box LLC provides services on an “as is” basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
