What does it actually cost to get started?
À la carte: website build $750 one time, Local Foundation $550 one time, agent wiring free for simple setups or $200 with CRM and calendar hookups. Then whichever monthly rung fits. No hidden setup fees, no surprise line items.
How does the annual discount work?
Pay the year up front and monthlies drop 30%: Site Care $70, Growth $210, Everything $315 a month. Setup work is never discounted; the discount lives entirely on the recurring side.
Is Radar an extra line item?
No. Radar comes with Growth and with Everything. We do not bill it separately.
Is there a contract?
No. Monthly plans are month to month. Annual is a prepay, not a contract; it just buys the discount.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep the website, the files, the domain, the logins, and a full export of your data. The live dashboard and the monthly work end. Nothing is held hostage, which is the entire point of the model.
What is the Local Foundation, exactly?
The one-time cleanup most agencies quietly bill forever: Google Business Profile claimed and optimized, Apple, Bing, Foursquare and Yelp claimed, citations built, old wrong listings fixed, schema installed, review flow set up. Done once, and the logins are yours.
Do you run ads?
Google and Meta, 20% of spend with a $200 monthly minimum, plus a setup fee that depends on scope. Only on sites we built. Ads onto a broken site is your money on fire.
What about backlinks?
We broker authority links at cost-plus, priced per placement. Ask when you call. We do not publish those numbers because the vendor rates move.
